Each tour can take only eight travelers.
This means our tours fill up quickly.
Don't be disappointed -- book early.
Tours are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only a completed Booking Form and deposit
can guarantee your participation.
Two choices when booking a tour for 2008
1. Call or
email us for signup materials,
including a Booking Form.
Phone (800) 676-1247.
2. Download forms here. Fill out,
sign and mail the Booking Form with a check
for $500 per person as a deposit. Sorry, we are not set up to accept credit
cards.
Retain the Tour Information and Release Agreement for your
records.
Please note our refund policy (paragraph 15 of the Tour Information
and
Release Agreement): deposit is refundable for 15 days after its
receipt
by Intimate France and then becomes non-refundable.
